At 9:30 AM on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023, at the Office of Faculty of Administrative Law and State (Room A.306 NTT), under the chairmanship of PhD. Nguyen Manh Hung - Secretary of the Party Cell and Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Law and State, a regular faculty meeting was held to discuss important topics.
PhD. Nguyen Manh Hung summarized the achievements of the past academic year based on activities such as:
- Regarding scientific research: The Faculty successfully organized a university-level seminar, and high-quality articles were selected for publication in the Special Issue - Legal framework for the organization of urban government in Ho Chi Minh City of the Vietnamese Journal of Legal Sciences (Vol. 166, No. 06/2023).
- Regarding the admissions work: The Faculty have successfully admitted the Advanced Program Administrative and Judicial class (CLC 47D) with approximately 50 students; they have also successfully admitted the Master's Program K37 with 3 classes, including the Research Master's Program in Ho Chi Minh City, the Applied Master's Program in Ho Chi Minh City, and, notably, the Faculty have opened a Master's Program class in Khanh Hoa province (with a total of nearly 60 students)…
- Additionally, activities supporting faculty’s lecturers and PhD students' exchanges, as well as the overall compilation of documents, have been consistently maintained and have made significant progress. The Faculty have provided guidance to students in completing their graduation theses with high-quality results and also have assisted student research groups in completing their projects on time.
- Building on these accomplishments, the Faculty's leadership identified key tasks for the new academic year, including:
- Prioritizing the recruitment of lecturers (especially those with potential and a passion for scientific research).
- Accelerating the development of the Party for three members: Phan Nguyen Phuong Thao, Nguyen Thanh Quyen, and Vu Le Hai Giang.
- Collaborating effectively with the university for the upcoming accreditation process.
- Preparing for the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2019 - 2023 (K44) on August 25, 2023, at the Hoa Binh Theater.
- Enhancing professional activities among departments, continuing the compilation of comprehensive educational materials, assisting PhD students, and helping faculty’s lecturers prepare videos for the Faculty's YouTube channel.
- Preparing for the University-level Seminar: "The 2013 Constitution - 10 Years of Implementation" (scheduled for October 14, 2023). This is a significant scientific research activity for the year, attracting sponsors and guests from within and outside the university.
- Continuing the Constitutional Essay Competition: "The 2013 Constitution - 10 Years of Progress" (preparing for the judging phase and announcing the results). Preparing for the commendation and awards ceremony in September.
