Introduction to the Faculty of Administrative Law and State Council

The Faculty of Administrative Law and State Council is the authorized body responsible for:

• Establishing the Faculty's development strategies, policies, and directions;
• Designing and determining the Faculty's educational programs.

The composition of the Faculty of Administrative Law and State Council includes the Faculty's Leadership, Deans of Departments (or Deputy Deans in charge of), Professors, Associate Professors, and PhD in Law within the Faculty.

Currently, the Faculty of Administrative Law and State Council consists of:

1. PhD. Nguyen Manh Hung - Dean of the Faculty, Chairman of the Faculty Council, Secretary of the Party Cell;
2. Assoc. Prof. PhD. Vu Van Nhiem - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law Council;
3. Assoc. Prof. PhD. Nguyen Canh Hop - Vice-chairman of the Scientific and Educational Council of the University; Former Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Law and State;
4. PhD. Nguyen Thi Thien Tri - Assistant of the Faculty Council;
5. PhD. Dang Tat Dung - Deputy Dean of the Faculty, in charge of training and scientific research;
6. LLM. Nguyen Van Tri – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Law and State, in charge of organizational and administrative work;
7. PhD. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mai - Dean of Department in charge of the Department of Theory of State and Law;
8. PhD. Duong Hong Thi Phi Phi - Deputy Dean of Department in charge of the Department of History of State and Law;
9. PhD. Le Viet Son - Deputy Dean of Department in charge of the Department of Administrative Procedure Law;
10. PHD. Tran Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Dean of Department in charge of the Department of Administrative Law;
11. LLM. Tran Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Dean of Department in charge of the Department of Constitutional Law;
